Innovative Energy Storage Solutions
Dr. Sujit Deshmukh, an MSCA Individual Post Doctoral Fellow at CEITEC Brno University of Technology, under MSCA IF 2020_H2020_Microsupercapacitor_101024736, a resarch specializing in microsupercapacitors/batteries and advanced energy storage technologies. Dr. Deshmukh's research aims to enhance energy storage and microelectronics, with notable projects such as the development of a Laser-Induced MXene-Functionalized Graphene Nanoarchitectonics-Based Microsupercapacitor for health monitoring applications.
Our Specialties
Exceeding Your Expectations
At My Site, I am providing my work during MSCA tenure to meet all of our energy storage needs. From product development to testing and consulting.
Our Work
Flexible microsupercapacitors (micro-SCs) offer promising alternatives to microbatteries in portable electronics, particularly for wearable biomonitoring devices. However, their main drawback is the low energy density compared to microbatteries. In our study, we used a precise picosecond pulsed laser to develop high-energy-density micro-SCs integrated with a force sensing device for monitoring radial artery pulses. By employing laser-induced MXene-derived oxide nanoparticles on graphene, we achieved excellent energy density, capacitance, and mechanical flexibility. This innovative manufacturing technique holds great potential for biomedical device fabrication, offering reliable and durable solutions for portable electronics.
